Polylactic acid (PLA) is an environmentally friendly, plant-derived thermoplastic. The fiber forming substance is a lactic acid polymer in which at least 85% by weight are lactic acid ester units derived from naturally occuring sugars (sugar beets and corn).PLA successfully bridges the gap between synthetic and natural fibres and finds a wide range of uses, from medical and pharmaceutical applications to environmentally benign film and fibres for packaging, houseware, and clothing. We supply of PLA fibers with different grades, incl. spinning grade,fiberfill grade, short cut grade, dope dyed grade, microfiber grade...100% bio-based fiber and eco-friendly to our mutual earth.
